This judge is inconsistent with his cases. He does not demonstrate and control his courtroom with the expected authority that a judge is presumed to display. He allows the prosecution to get away with almost anything. He does not call out or wake up sleepy jurors. He is openly pro-victim, even before the case is rested. He seems to not understand the basic constitutional rights that have been afforded to all citizens.
