I have been put through the ringer by this woman in defense of false allegations from my x-wife and have not seen my little boy in 3 years. She should not be on the bench destroying families!

Elizabeth shows obvious bias and I suspect that she is friendly with certain attorneys. For my final judgement she created her own rule to allow my ex to have 3 years of additional support to get a job when the law states 2 years. She made me pay a portion of my ex's attorney fees. She didn't find anything wrong with the fact that my ex was renting her house from her boyfriend. Lastly she awarded her $900 more a month than my and my ex lived on with 6 people in the house and after divorce there was only 3 in her house.

I believe this woman is able to see through the petty crap alienating parents pull. Unfortunately, it seems the alienating parents are mainly women. The judicial system here in Fl especially sides too often with alienating mothers, simply because they are the mother. We need more judges that see through the BS! Thanks so much your honor! Ps. I am a woman and a mother who works with her ex FOR THE KIDS!!!!

Definitely sided with the male in this case, even though he was a convicted felon multiple times over. Anything I had to say was dismissed while anything he had to say was taken at face value. Even though I had custody of the kids, my financial report was decided to be inflated even though his was almost identical for one person and nothing was said. I was to cut out all the items he was allowed to keep in his statement. Permanent alimony awarded to male due to his "inability to find a job as a convicted felon and I allowed him to become a felon and now had to support him."

Feeds Parental Alienation, decides a case based on her personal feelings rather than evidence or whether or not she "likes" your attorney, extremely rude and thinks that she is ABOVE the law. She has no compassion, empathy, or concern for children -= the true victims in high conflict divorce cases. She needs to understand parental alienation, have an expert available when requested, and order couples to counseling to reduce the conflict rather than stir more - as well as ordering time with BOTH parents to see the real picture.
She sides with the man ALWAYS.
She has left me homeless because of insane child support and without my girls for THREE years.

She is a disgrace, does not care about the facts. Ex lies and without proof, grants her 14,000 in alimony, even though he had lost everything. Puts father in jail and strips him if his children.

Judge Senterfitt plays by her own set of rules, and makes up her own laws as she goes along. I must assume that the first post was written by a man, because I have yet to hear of a case where she has not sided with the man. She is a disgrace to the profession, and does not care about the best interests of the children.

She handled my daughter's case, when I fought to keep her in-state. Judge Senterfitt was fair and impartial, and saw through the spun stories of my opposition.

She is very fair, and tough, too. Thumbs up!

She is the worst family court judge. She has a rubber-stamp method of justice and doesn't care about facts. She is a disgrace to the judiciary and to the legal profession. She arrived at a trial last year, tired and disoriented. She was so impaired that she couldn't follow the facts in the case without frequent reorientation.
