Today was my first experience with Hon. Tyrie Boyer. I can say it is the worst experience I have ever had on any side of a courtroom. I went for a restraining order that was approved only after he wouldn’t allow me to talk cut me short to take respondents statement and then ordered his own time sharing plan in regards to my case involving my minor child, when the reason we were there was to have restraining order that was new approved not old one extended and to do what was in the best interest of my child. He laughed numerous time during my 3 hours in courtroom, he passed many cases he just didn’t know answer to, he could not even tell a woman which room to go to to file for her divorce, at one point he told Hubbard house reps not to bring witness in on behalf of same woman because he would just take there word for it. He never once asked for a copy of proof even allowing lies from my husband to not be rebutted including when asking him if he had ever went to jail, he has his answer was no. This is just the beginning of the lack of law i saw provided in this room today (210) I’ve never seen so many rights be violated and I was always under the impression the law worked when proved beyond a reasonable doubt in this case he won’t look at anything and if your a woman he won’t here you speak. Now to fix the bigger mess he created while continuing to protect my child from further abuse. He was so quick to make a time sharing agreement which was not issue I left not even knowing if my restraining order was approved we never discussed what was reported on restraining order or our mutual child.

Boyer needs to resign, period. Watched him foreclose on homeowners a dozen or more times in the name of Fannie Mae. When issued a Subpoena to Federal National Mortgage Ass'n HE DID NOT KNOW WHO THAT WAS! When I told him it was Fannie Mae, he asked opposing counsel to confirm, Then he laughed and said how DUMB he is on the record. I have transcript. Litigants do not think that is funny but great cause for alarm. Dumb as box of rocks!
