Judge Allen is extremely bias. She accepted fraudulent paperwork into a probate case. Judge Allen admitted in one of the proceedings that she did not read the paperwork that was filed. The list of things that she did wrong in my case goes on and on. Please note...IF SHE Does not LIKE your ATTORNEY she will rule against them every time. I will be taking this to the Judaical Review Board. I have all of my paperwork from my case. It will be great reading for the Board. It was also suggested to take this to the Florida Board of Attorneys, since she is still registered. If anyone else has any suggestion, I would love to hear them.

This judge is extremely biased and favors attorneys she has worked with and has said so in one of her recent decisions. She has granted payments for jobs done that were done wrong and that can be proven were done wrong but one of her friends hired that person. She would not allow my attorney to bring in evidence the job was done wrong. She appears to be swayed by attorneys she is familiar with and will rule in their favor no matter what. All this can be proven but I can not find an attorney that is not afraid to go up against her.

She failed to serve me with an order informing me she was going to seize my State of Texas (TCDRS) retirement plan. She then files an order with TCDRS to seize all of my retirement funds. I am still unaware of her actions or served. TCDRS determines her order is invalid (too many errors in it!) and sends Judge Linda Allan and me a letter stating such (this is how I find out) giving her 90 days to bring the order into legal compliance. She fails to do so, so funds are now released after 90 day hold. 6 months later I cash in funds to keep my house out of foreclosure, all funds went to home lender. She then attempts to jail me! If I was never served the order and the order was determined to be NOT legal, I should not have to comply with it nor should she be able to put me in jail. As a Judge she sucks!!!!!!!!!

does not read all paper work filed. showed extreme bia,s in probate case.excepted fraudualent paper work.went againest state law.had 9 months of one sided dealings in my case.never recorded hearings.locked my lawyer out of a hearing!!accepted a copy of a will.even after evidence of original wills revocation was filed.she has no business being a judge.

In my oppinion this Juge has made horrific judgements based on bias and hostility. She did not follow rules of procedure and changed peevious rulings by two judges without the proper filings or hearings. She does not recognize disabilities and makes decisions based on her ignorance. She should be sanctioned! She is set to rotate from my case soon and at that time, when I have no fear of her retaliation, the process will be initiated. I have had three years of planning and gathering and getting my ducks in place.

Judge entered a Domestic Violence Injunction on the basis of facts not alleged within the four corners of the Petition and these facts did not allege actual violence but instead alleged a drug addiction. Yes, the client was dangerous to the child in question, but not due to violence. Judge overstepped her abilities to obtain a result that would have properly been heard in the dissolution of marriage context.

My lawyer proved beyond a shadow of a doubt my ex wife was lying and my ex wife prospered beyond the law and I lost everything I have ever worked hard for all my life. I have no respect for Family Law, Judges, Lawyers...
This judge was fiddling with other things while the trial was in progress. Even had her back to us a few times. Jaw dropping. Family Law is a scam! Here is why... you have no choice! You have to go take your beating even when you are innocent and truthful. And then your children suffer the rest of their lives. I simply can't fathom a person without a conscience.

Judge Allan is an outstanding jurist. She has an excellent judicial temperament and she gives everyone a fair hearing on the issues. Judge Allan is intelligent enough to understand complex issues and she has an ability to see through the smoke and mirrors some lawyers try to bring before her.

She is the smartest judge on the bench. She was such a team player they almost burned her out keeping her at crime so long. The 6th is lucky to have her - particularly in light of some of the awful judges that have been politically appointed.
