While she is no longer on the bench, she has done irreparable damage to many lives. While she’s violated policies and in some cases the law, she had her people let the defendants they’d never win if they tried to hold her accountable. While many know of her behavior, they were afraid to take her on leaving defendants with no where to turn.

My name is Megan Riggs i have been in Ms. Farnells courtroom for over a year i completed a program at perc after being medically discharged for medical situations(diabetic) programs do not want to take me because of liability issues because i use a syringe to administer insulin almost 4 to 5 times a day. Now the state wants to put me in prison for 6 months. I know i made a mistake but how is prison going to help me with substance abuse??

The drug court judge Farnell's court room is more like a circus than anything. She has a coffin in her court room for people to toss their cig boxes in. She is honestly a total nut case. Anyone who is advised to go ahead to division N and void regular felony court DONT. I promise you will be done and moving on with your life in regular felony court 2 times faster than if you choose drug court. Plus you go see this judge once a month, a pti or po once, attend treatment you pay, and re start your life. It is just insane and horrible. Please don't screw yourself harder unless you have a very serious drug problem....not weed though. She will try to intimidate you and tell you that you will not get adjudication with held in another court room but that's b.s. If you do choose to stay in this court room N or opt into it BE CAREFUL AND READ EVERYTHING 5 TIMES AND VERIFY IT WITH HER VEBALLY 5 TIMES BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. Goodluck. She is also very disrespectful and insults others intelligence.

She personalizes the Court with her Opraesque shtick. She is self appointed expert on drug abuse and her cabal of growling minions to the side degrade defendants who appear before her. She tramples over people rights becasue she thinks she can see if someone has been using by looking in their eyes. her tactics are part gestappo part Scientology.
