So glad this judge is retiring jan 2025 it couldn't be more sooner she loves sending young people to prison on minimum mandatory sentences and she says drug rehabs never work and lets not forget her and the DA withhold evidence and bully people into taking minimum mandatory pleas. crooks. you been a judge way too long 30 years is too long you shouldn't have been allowed for a year.

I can't even begin to say how unprofessional this Judge is. She was so biased the last time my son was in court & had she allowed him to go to DRUG Rehab (as we had a place set up for FREE) and the drug counselor drove all the way up from Sarasota to speak on his behalf & instead sent him away for 42.6 mo's, for a minor violation of his bond! He came out the same way he went in: A DRUG ADDICT!!! He is back in jail awaiting trial and this judge is the same judge he will be in front of AGAIN!!!! And she is going to throw the book at him. The problem w/keeping the same judges on the bench is they really don't care about the PERSON that needs help. They just send them away, put them on a shelf: "like a can of peas" and stamp them w/an expiration date! There is NO drug rehab in prison and there is NO drug rehab or help when you are released in Pinellas County. Unless of course you have loads of money or health insurance. But this judge... she is a dog w/a bone and her name is in the dictionary next to the word: 'BITCH!" She doesn't have 1 iota of empathy, compassion or dignity for the common human being seeking rehab!!! TRUST me... if you know someone who is to go before her, request another JUDGE!!! If I could give her a ZERO I would have!!!

Unprofessional to say the least. Indecisive. Court room during Jonchuck trial has been disorderly and undisciplined throughout the trial. Does not intervene when counsel overstep the mark with witnesses. How this individual qualified for law school is a mystery.
