We found judge Quesada one of the most compassionate men We have ever know working with young men to help save their lives from drug abuse and living a new life after going thru his jail mandated drug program. Giving fair- and open-minded advice on how to be a better
person . Great model for alot of attorneys and people in the judical system .

Had had good experience with Judge Quesada. He listen to me. I was representing myself. He did not let the lawyer take advantage of me. But next time I go to court I'll have an Atty.

I bet these comments about how fair and compassionate Judge Frank Quesada are being made by the defendants attorneys.

I am the victim of a felony battery case. I found the sympathy and compassion for the defendant totally offensive. This man has a 18 year criminal history and a 20 year civil history. I am the 3rd female that he has assaulted including an assault on a 7 month pregnant 100 lb female. He has 4 convictions for d.u.i. And just got another one August of this month. Countless violation of probations this is the 6th time in less than 2 years on just this case. He just violated in January it is now August 2014. The most time that he has spent in jail was a couple of weeks and that was only once or twice.

The Judge was making comments (to an alcoholic) saying "this is near and dear to my heart, if you can find a residential treatment I will let you do that". He was given bond by mistake. The Judge said "I hate to do this but, I have to, it's the law". Then when the State wanted to Label him a special case Violent Offender the Judge said I don't like that statute but, I have to.

So bottom line if you are the defendant or defense attorney you will love him. If you are the victim or the Public this is not the Judge that you want.

I was a pro se plaintiff in a civil case. I knew nothing of courtroom procedure. Based on my experience and interactions with others in the courthouse, it is my belief that there is no better or fairer judge in that building than Judge Quesada. His dedication to fairness, and impartiality, are clear to anyone, legal training or not.

Have had good experiences with Judge Quesada. Responsive, bright, optimistic in character. He's doing a tought job well. When we learn that a case is assigned to him, we are glad (unlike some of his colleagues).
