St. Arnold is the laziest judge I have ever seen. He does not bother to read any evidence from either side in his cases, because he says that he is too busy. He believes lies without any further questioning, therefore he lacks wisdom and discernment as a judge in his decision making. Innocent people are greatly harmed in his courtroom because he does not practice the due diligence that is expected in his position. St. Arnold loves to hear himself talk, but he has little patience for allowing others the opportunity to explain what actually happened. The citizens of this community deserve better. Thankfully, he is termed out on December 31, 2020.

He ORDERED me to endanger my son and daughter to consent to a contract to repay the states welfare debts witch creates a bonus for him and his staff and my family homeless. that contract i never consented to nor do i own as a man of god. i never signed up to do any business with this corporation nor do i want to. The DOR has NO case for me or contracts signed from me. so how do i owe to be equally in my daughters life as i am in my sons? Parental alienation and perjury my ex committed and this judge is just turning his head and awarding the defendant on false accusations without evidence. restricting natural rights under the color of law. a non positive law title!! STOP THE TYRANNY NOW!! ALL rights RESERVED a man, Jesse Hancock, not the fictitious entity the us frauds us all on by selling are Birth certificates as a bond to take a loan out on you. but no one tells you this anywhere. why is that? cause they are frauds! crooks!

I had a hearing and I paid $400.oo
to have it. at the hearing, he told me I could not talk and he ruled in the defendants favor without one shred of evidence

This judge was extremely disrespectful even to my 85 year old mother. can't find anything good to say since he has hurt so many people under his reign as a probate judge. I think he has deep pockets and he won't officiate at any of my future hearings as he is implicated in probate fraud.

My interactions with Judge St. Arnold have always been very positive. He is thoughtful and even-handed in his rulings. I have never seen him exhibit any favoritism. He is not vulnerable to flim-flam appeals to sentimentality or arguments not based in the law. It's refreshing to see a judge who is both a scholar and a gentleman.

My own experience with this judge made it very clear that he is corrupt and willing to cater to those with connections as a way of securing his position. Intellectually, Judge Jack St. Arnold is plainly lacking. However, far more significant is his lack of respect for the law, and his willingness to violate the rights of parties in order to score points with lawyers that he feels will assist him. He is dishonest, abuses his power and is the sort of man who brings shame to the judicial process.

He sets his buddies up with huge fees and enjoys parties and playing it up.Person with big ties, St. Pete. College, Fla. Bars, Guardianship Associations, they are all his groupies and he pays them well. He should be removed!
