Judge Roche is biased and easily influenced by attorneys she finds favorable. Has been on the bench for decades and feels untouchable. Prosecutors/litigants can research the Jeremy Dewitte case and Judge Roche disregard for the community and immediately see the bias involved. Regards, D.N.

Roche is genuinely one of the most unpleasant, vile, people you can ever have the displeasure of sharing a room with.
She smirks, scoffs, or has some ridiculous remark or threat about EVERYTHING that is said to her. She will scream at all involved parties over nonsense that has no effect on her job or the matter at hand, and is really awful to be around. Her shrill voice will give you headaches, and her wildfire loose cannon attitude on the bench is unpleasant and stressful for everybody involved.
She sighs and takes a million recesses and clearly wants to (and please DO!!) retire.

Honorable Judge Renee Roche is a great judge. She understands the fairness of the law and applies them accordingly. For example: A man was falsly accused of sexual assault on a child because the child wanted to side with her mother regarding a custody battle and because the father was strict in making sure the child was always safe as well. Immediately judge Renee was able to see through this particular case as a hearsay, other factors as well and closed the case, although the father was coerced by a pretext phone call as an entrapment from the detective and alleged victim. Judge Renee sees both sides of the story theraly and makes a fair decision on her cases. It's sad for a man to lose his family based on a false allegation and it's also great to see justice prevail for the better of humanity.

Simply impeachable. Favors big company's attorneys and does not follow the law, careless woman, get her out from the bench in next election cycle and vote no for her.

HORRIBLE!! She should be impeached for not knowing the law and simply a dangerous human being for the bench of the court. Everyone's fiduciary duty as a citizen of this country should impeach her for what she does. Not only that she seemed to be psycho and mentally disturbed.

Rude, did not care to even hear info or address the proof that plaintiff filed false information. She just brushed aside and ruled with the plaintiff who was a bank. Standard practice with a lot of judges

This judge has no knowledge of family law or due process.
She also has complete disregard for the children involved in her cases.
Dismisses and closes cases in an untimely fashion, denies rehearings based on date when the filing was done in a timely manner.
Get her off of th ebench.
Renee is an embarassment to the judicial system.
She gives central Florida a bad image for the entire judicial system and process.
