Where to start? She is rude, egotistical, doesn't care about evidence or testimony, cuts everyone off, ignores the laws and blames the parties for her own inability to manage her docket and time. She shows overt favoritism and thinks she is untouchable due to her skin color and DEI. This awful judge needs to be seriously investigated.

By far the worst judge I’ve ever had the displeasure to appear before in my decade of practicing law. She is the type of judge that makes you not even want to practice anymore. She’s rude, dismissive, impatient, extremely unprofessional, forgets her own orders & doesn’t manage her docket well. Acts in a retaliatory manner if she disagrees with you..there is nothing “honorable” about her & she’s an embarrassment to the legal profession & the bench.

Flips out like a Crazy woman when I included my middle initial in the exact spelling of my name per her request. Late stated she only asked for the spelling of my first and last name. Ruled against me without reviewing the documents filed. Horrible Attitude.....

Completely agree that 10 reviews must be from friends. She is the Rudest most condescending judge I have ever met. It does not matter that statutes and case law support your position. Making a legal argument to her is like talking a wall- she shuts off and isn’t interested in anything you have to say. I agree with suggestion that you need a court reporter.

There really is no telling what will set off Judge Allen, but you can never be ready when it happens. Judge Allen is rude, interrupts, denies motions without argument, biased, does not know or seem to care to know or understand the law, and is callous and accusatory towards attorneys. She should not be a judge as she has not one single characteristic of a good and unbiased judge. Have a court reporter for every single hearing, even if it is just a CMC.

This judge demonstrated the most extreme and obvious bias I have ever seen displayed during multiple hearings; her actions could easily be interpreted as racially motivated. She was rude, condescending to one side, made comments regarding arguments which were designed to incite, inappropriately argued with an expert witness of one side while pleasantly discussing mundane and irrelevant topics with the opposing party's witness. She is unable to maintain any sort of neutrality and should absolutely not be a judge.

All I have to say is all the negatives I've read in regards to her character have remained the same, even now in 2016. Especially the following:

1.Displays obvious bias in temperament; applies the appropriate law only when consistent with her bias. Wastes court time scolding attorneys who do not meet her biased criteria. Doe not listen to argument of disfavored counsel. Inserts implications of disrespect by disfavored counsel against favored counsel, adding her own commentary to magnify benign statements and arguments.

2.She is a disappointment as a judge. She seems to misunderstand the law often and is very state oriented.

3.Extremely rude. Confuses basic terms like judgment debtor and judgment creditor, doesn't prepare for hearings by reviewing pleadings, wastes everyone's time by refusing to cancel hearings even when the matter is moot. Wastes time by scolding people and interrupting them instead of listening. Does not require parties to cooperate with each other to set hearings or review proposed orders. Ignores written motions and fails to rule on them or set them for hearing.
Cynical and distrustful without any valid evidence for her opinion.
