Kennisha Mayline Thomas inmate #513664.

My niece has been incarcerated since 2/5/2014 for not paying her $685.50 and not completing her community hours. However, she is the youngest inmate and is afraid for her life and her next scheduled court date is 4/9/2014, and I am begging for someone to have Judge Hal Epperson have some compassion and allow her an earlier court date so that she can be released sooner. She has been beaten and her food has been taken away by other inmates, and she is now afraid to take a shower. I beg you to you help me. I understand that she broke the law and that she needed to be punished; however, I am now afraid for her mental and physical state. Please, please help me with my niece. I am willing to pay the $685.50, so please have the judge allow her a earlier court date.

He is simply too state oriented to the point that he exceeds even the State's offers. And the Assistant State Attorney's in front of him are not generous.

Thought Judge Epperson would be too state oriented since he was a prosecutor for many years. However, I have consistenly found him to be fair and impartial and even won some defense motions I expected to lose.
