This judge is returning my grandchildren to live with their paternal parent. The paternal parent has a live-in male house guest, who is a known felon, for drug charges. The live-in male house guest sleeps on the couch. The oldest grandchild is a female---14 years old. This judge was bought. The paternal parent has never helped with school supplies, medical bills, etc., for the children, and generally has blown off even the normal weekend visits. The paternal parent has a temper that is a 'norm' for a druggie. The only reason the paternal parent is fighting for half/half rights---is to not pay child support. When maternal parent filed for child support (after 14 years of fighting and listening to paternal threats and verbal abuse to the children), the paternal parent suddenly becomes involved----and pulls the children out of the school they have been going to for one year----at EOG!!!! And this judge just sat there to take the money....and now is going to send these kids back to Fletcher---where both children were flunking school. I am totally amazed.
