Judge Norton, known by those who frequent the courtroom as "Judge Barbie" is intelligent, consciousness, patient, fair and evenhanded. Watching her in action has shown me and many others that she cares about those before her. She is no pushover and follows what the law says, not what she wants the law to say.

Pro Se disabled litigants are berated, bullied, threatened with jail, this woman is a menace to society. Sad to watch her beat up on disabled people. She lacks compassion or knowledge of the Americans with Disability Act and violates and discriminates with brash consistency.
