One of the worst judges in Dade County. Cases languish for years in the division and he will bend over backward to rule for an insurance company. Rulings are essentially to create his resume for a seat on the now, unfortunately, very conservative and defense oriented Third District. Biased, and with a bad temperament to boot.

As an experienced member of the Bar, I have found this Judge to be somewhat biased. And just as frustrating is the fact that he does not read anything one files. He basically sides with whomever he wants, whether the facts and law are on their side or not. And, despite the fact he is of Hispanic descent, he dislikes those who do not speak English. It is suggested you have a court reporter present so he does not prejudice your client's case, as he is bound to write-up his own orders when it suits his bizarre rulings. Good luck with him!

Disrespectful, rude, and does not listen to both sides of the story, which is what a judge is supposed to do. Mr. Arzola does not deserve to be called Honorable.

Judge Arzola is perhaps the best Judge I have ever appeared before. He is extremely professionaql and respectful in his demeanor, extremely personable, and an encyclopedic legal mind that is quite impressive. He can be stern without being harsh or disrectful to attorneys, as well as fair an open minded to al sides of a legal argument. He is a credit to the Judiciary in Florida, when so many other Judges fall short. An exemplary Judge.
