Judge Caballero is perhaps the hardest working Judge in Miami-Dade County. She is always prepared for her hearings. The previous comment is from a dissatisfied individual merely because they did not win. She is also the kindest judge around.

Marcia B Caballero is unjustifiably rude, hostile, critical and extremely abusive towards any lawyer, litigant, and especially if you are the Petitioner. She consistently rules in Respondent's favor and refuses to listen to Petitioner and makes her decisions off of one sided stories. After watching this bizarre pattern numerous times, I honestly believe she has already predicted the outcome as her only concern is getting paid and going home. Finally-she consistently rules unfairly and quite frankly she realy needs to retire. Perhaps she will given her age.
