If you want a biased judge who doesn't even pretend to follow the law in civil litigation because she's looking for ANY excuse to side with the government, then vote for Judge Fajardo to be retained.

If you want due process, a judge who follows the law as written and acts impartially, then Judge Fajardo is NOT your judge.

Look for her on the Miami-Dade County ballot, and vote for her opponent.
