Judge Catlin, is severely biased against me and for the last 3 years has refused to enforce the custody order on any level and has denied me contact with my son. In February 2014 she placed an order of no contact against me because I did not appear in court in person though it was verified my cross country flight was cancelled due to a major snow storm in North Carolina. I was able to overturn her order on appeal but had no contact with my son for a year. She continued to be hostile towards me in court and has announced at the last several hearings after swearing in and before any argument by either side; ‘this child isn’t going anywhere’.

Independent of the actions of the father, who violates almost all aspect of the custody in place, because of the actions by judge Catlin I had only 2 hours of supervised contact with my son in 2015 and 12 hours of visitation in 2016. To date, she has refused to recuse herself from the case or clarify either verbally or on the record why she continues to do deny contact with my son.

This horrible excuse for a human being has no interest in 'the best interest of the child'.
