Incredibly negligible and destructive. How anyone can listen to days of testimony and solid evidence and rule so poorly is unfathomable. Called a witness's entire testimony "credible" in her final judgement even after the witness was caught lying under oath twice and had to apologize to the court for doing so. Takes years to provide a factually inaccurate, grossly biased, incomplete and poorly written judgement that is riddled with errors and confused testimonial facts. She even bashes a state guardian she appointed to the case. Grants primary custody to a negligent and emotionally abusive parent just because. Thank God a court reporter was in the room. Thank God she is out of family court. Small has no business dealing with families. Now forced into a costly and monstrous appeal because this inexperienced woman who cares little about facts and children was awarded a seat thanks to daddy's money so she can rule solely on her own personal biases. Palm Bch voters better wake up next election.
