Judge Fry loves the sound of his own voice. However, he takes the time to learn about the issues he considers - and tends to issue well written and thoughtful rulings. Whether you agree or not - he will have a basis for his rulings. hes one of the better judges in County Court - for sure.

Judge Fry is ok. Some days he likes you, some days he doesn’t. Some days he’s all smiles and other days it seems like you’re the bane of his existence. His knowledge of the legal issues are higher than the average judge, so there’s that.

This judge should not be on the bench. He has a bad temperament, and has threatened me on several occasions. This judge violated my rights to a fair trial, and there are many trial errors currently on appeal. The defendant was awarded $45,000 for vehicles that she didn't own, as well as loss of use for vehicles that are derelict with no engines, no tags, and no insurance! Worse, he awarded the attorney $35,000 in lawyer's fees -- that will shock the legal world! As a judge, he is aware that this judgment is unrealistic, unfair, and an abuse of his position. He is not only unethical, he is immoral.
