Unfortunately, I have witnessed several rulings that were completely made without factual evidence. Most Central Florida attorneys openly speak about how challenging it is for us to represent a woman in a child custody dispute or divorce, especially blonde and attractive. The future of the children that he is entrusted to protect should be the ultimate outcome. His overall disposition is negative, condescending, rude and his “god” complex is quite disturbing. I am very disheartened that our legal system can be so corrupt. The system of “Checks and balances” is not as simple as it may seem. My clients want recourse. Yet, with their cases still currently pending, there is no safe way to challenge his rulings. I hope he finds healing with his own personal life so it is not blatantly evident how it affects his judgment. My heart breaks for the children of my clients.

He is everything a Judge shouldn't be. Arrogant, Lazy, condescending, biased toward his favorite litigant, abusive toward women (maybe because his bad divorce?). Doesn't sign his own orders. Yawning during hearings, make jokes about serious abuse accusations. He shouldn't be sitting in a courtroom unless he is the one on trial

Snide, condescending and arrogant. 3 videos were watched in court of me being , raped, sexually assaulted, and he and the attorney laughed and made jokes after. My ex claimed I flirted with him before hand. He actually says “ I don’t know what happened before the video started”. No means no!!!! I was very clearly not a willing partner. He’s a disgrace. All can be heard on the audio recording. How is he still a judge ?
If you are a woman going before him, I’m sorry.

Rudisill is a flat tire. Appointed by Governor Charlie (confused) Crist to be a judge, when your Crist's campaign manager that is your reward. In Rudisill's courtroom the toe tapping and eye blinking between himself and his favorite litigant are so obvious, bias and outrageous. He makes stupid comments from the bench like, "Maybe we'll have a Perry Mason moment?" It took him over two years to make a ruling that he said he was going to make the day after trial. He is a bloviating BS'er and should go back to being Charlie's campaign manager. He also doesn't look like he pushes himself far away from the beer by the looks of his glowing red face. Very sad that judges like him exist.

Rudisill is the only judge who listened to the details of our case in full and made rulings according to the documented truth. He did not allow for unruliness, speaking out of turn or blatant lies to be told as to the details of the case. I wish he was still the judge presiding over our civil case.
