This judge allowed the city of Stuart to obtain an ex-parte injunction: City v Rudge #09CA3586 with knowledge that our attorney died unexpectedly at age 57 AND then mandated the city's win in the appeal with their perjurious testimony that we were "always assisted by counsel"?? The average man or woman on the street would find this unfair! The kicker is that she is now presiding over the case concerning the same subject property in 2022!! Where is the "fundamental fairness" in this?
