This Judge thinks he should be a stand-up comedian. While I believe he has the judicial knowledge to rule in an intelligent fashion, he is busy acting as a lousy stand-up comedian. This Judge has potential, I hope he reaches his potential

One of the best of the worst. He listens to homeowners and does pay attention to all before him which is nice and unusual in the 20th Judicial Circuit. However, the first time I faced him, he ordered the attorney of record to appear for the other side, which did not, and he allowed the non-attorney of record to proceed. I pointed out his order and motioned for contempt for their violation of his order, he refused. He is thorough, but like many facing fraudclosure, usually prejudiced against homeowners. Hence my comment he is the best of the worst, he listens, but often will not act completely unbiased.
