Judge Manalich is an establishment Judge. He is an agent of the State. He is politically motivated. Over sentences regularly offenders but is light on pedophilia.

Judge is a racist and is prejudiced against non-Hispanic defendants. He will not answer juries questions when it is obvious that the police are lying. He refused to have the police testimony re-read to jury. He stated that if they ask again he will consider it. That is not the way the law works. He allows the state prosecutor to lie and accuse the defendant, prior to the trial, to tell the newspaper and potential jurors that she will spend a long time in prison. He obviously has a prejudice against white, affluent defendants. His sentencing and probation periods ar capricious and totally at his whim. Convicted murders have less probation than supposed white collar litigants.
