He is an unreasonable and inflexible Judge who is routinely disrespectful to the attorneys who appear before him. This arrogant judge is not qualified to serve this position of honor and privilege.

I forgot to mention, this activist judge also PROTECTED the company that hired the shooter at the Pulse night club, for 9 years, by throwing out one case and ruling against the 50+ victims in another. This activist judge protects radical Islam even when they shoot gay people at a dance club. This judge has to go.

This judge is a hardcore liberal activist. He wanted to make sure homes sell at auction to be available to "first home buyers". How many FHBs are buying my property in a retirement community? There are 2 other liens so how many FHBs will know how to litigate those? We all know the truth, the vast majority of bidders are real estate investors.

This Activist Judge wants to make sure huge financial groups like BlackStone can buy, who's spending $6B on buying homes to rent out to the millions of immigrants.

This judge was appointed by corrupt Charlie Crist, who's also using dark money to fund Darling Nikki Fried, who's the radicalized Dem that's trying to replace Governor DeSantis. Just read Darling Nikki Fried's Twitter feed to see how evil her and her rabid supporters are. Nikki runs the Dept of Agriculture that issues conceal carry permits, that's supposed to be non-partisan. But the first thing she did is deny CCP's for all marijuana card holders, then she got herself a marijuana card and gave herself a CCP.

This Activist judge is up for reelection in 2022. Please ensure this sort of partisan judge is no longer allowed to destroy justice and the lives of others this way.

Not qualified to hold such a serious title in any court. He has no respect for the law or righteousness. He’s disrespectful, mean, arrogant, narcissistic and is an insult to the legal system. He discriminates, demeans and shows no respect for women professionals and deserves to be stripped of a title and position he’s not qualified for. What an embarrassment to our legal system...... I wonder what Judge Amy Barrett Brown would say to him.....Maybe he should take some lessons from her and learn how to actually earn such a title that he spits on every time he opens his very rude mouth! He’s a total disgrace to our legal system which is rapidly declining due to people like this who hold a title they don’t deserve to have. He deserves no respect!

The attorneys for a case I was involved in appeared before Judge Hafele.
I was sitting in the court room.
Within 30 seconds this Judge saw through all the attorneys B.S and called them on it. My personal opinion this Judge is one the most intelligent, Fair, Balance Judges I have ever witnessed. I will vote for him and tell all my clients and peers to do the same.
Thank you, Judge Hafele you are a breath of fresh air.

He's the WORST. We had a foreclosure which he had no reason to go forward with. We had a PRE-APPROVED Short Sale, for a lot more money than the bank expected. The bank gave no answer, and the judge either.It went to foreclosure and the bank bought it for A LOT LESS than the Short Sale clients offered and then the bank sold it for the same amount they purchase it. DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE???? This is illegal and we will prosecute this judge for his incompetence. He had a vendetta against us because we had to file bankruptcy prior. The man is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT TO HAVE THE TITLE OF JUDGE!!!!

Hefele is nasty,mean,miserable,vengeful,frustrated old man who needs to get fired from his position before he ruins more lives. He deserves no compassion as he gives none. People like him are ruining this world. He's the poorest excuse of a human form!! A disgrace to humanity. Deserves to receive the same treatment he gives litigants. He plays with people's lives. Este hombre es un demonio.Tiene un temperamento que no conduce a alguien profesional con el titulo que tiene. Tiene que retirarse ahora mismo.
