Message to Bidwell.

Note -

When the law no longer protects you from the corrupt, but protects the corrupt from you – you know your nation is doomed.

The judicial system exists to correct wrongs and restore justice. This judge routinely ignores the abused and protects the abusers when deep pockets are involved. He's either scared, extorted, bribed or coerced into making absurd rulings. We need to rid the system of this type of human rubbish.

Bidwell entirely reversed his initial summary judgement opinion when he issued his final order in the Q Club/Hilton vs owners case and declared Q Club/Hilton as prevailing party.
You'd have to go a long way to see overt external influence/corruption as stark as this.
This man needs to be perp walked and publicly shamed before facing trial. Its a travesty that the public has no judicial protection from the networked class. How he sleeps at night is a mystery to me. What an utter disgrace. Let him now be judged by his peers and for the good of society let him be de-robed.

You will be lucky to live long enough to get a decision. Opinions are poorly written and lack focus or scholarship.

Displays benign neglect towards bringing timely justice when politically connected developers or large name entities are defendants. Summary judgements should never require more than 3mths deliberation. This judge routinely takes 9mths when the protected class is the defendant.

Having waited 9 months for this judge to provide a Summary judgement opinion on whether the condo docs violated Florida statues chapter 718 (which clearly they did because the case was a carbon copy of the identical Icon Brikell case in Dade). Condo owners have no been waiting more than 6mths for this judge to provide clarity on voting rights within the building and on a separate topic, 7 months for clarification of rules and regulations concerning condo owners condo access.
At the submission of the complaint in Nov 22, Bidwell said he will try and turn this around quickly withing 30 days.
Well, I think we're beginning to see the full extent of the political influence at play here.

Hilton/QClub vs Owner's summary judgement now resolved. Balanced and fair.

Now July and still nothing from Bidwell regarding the Hilton/QClub vs Owner's summary judgement which was submitted Nov 2022. Let's see if his reputation of never upsetting the politically and deep pocketed prevails again. Its already deeply disturbing that a case where the heavy homework was already done in IconBrickel vs New Media and set precedent that this case it's still out after 9months.

It's now May 2023 and still waiting on this Judge to release his Summary judgement opinion on the Hilton/QClub vs owner's case which was submitted in Nov 2022. Is this reasonable given the identical case IconBrickell vs New Media in Dade County was determined just 1.5yrs ago in Dade County? No, it's not.

Lets see if Judge Bidwell will deliver justice in the pending QClub/Hilton vs owners summary judgement or if he is beholden to the politically connected. Dade county has already provided all the case history required to make the law clear in this matter.

Honestly one of Broward’s best. Very courteous. I prefer this judge to most. His JA is amazing— Barbara Ranalli. A shinning star for broward.

This judge is known to be fair, but he will make unjust political rulings. Make no mistake he will not step on any political toes in order to see justice is done in his court room. He could be excellent if he placed justice before politics, but don’t hold your breath because that won’t happen anytime soon. Also, he wastes time on professionalism issues. The older judges have clearly figured out its gamesmanship and just to shut those issues down and only give a forum to the merits. This judge can get lost in the weeds letting the party with a lack of merit spin their wheels to delay adjudication on the merits.

Judge could not grasp complex civil matters. Seems to grasp to low hanging fruit. Also, lets anything fly in the courtroom - be wary. Seriously consider settling a matter before trying in front of him.

He was the only judge who made the prosecutor turn over the evidence she had been withholding for almost two and a half years.
