Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: FL9810
Rating:10.0
Comments:
Judge Crawford is one of the hardest working judges on the bench. He exercises common sense just as much as an exemplary knowledge of the law. He ensures both sides have an equal opportunity to be heard and he genuinely considers the arguments of each. We need more judges like Judge Crawford.

I true jurist. Listens to everyone then uses common sense to reach fair and equitable results. Couldn't ask for a better judge.

Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: FL7653
Rating:1.6
Comments:
Poor temperament to be a judge hearing cases. Rude to parties and counsel, never on time, flippant toward the facts. Judge Crawford gives a bad image to the 18th Circuit Bench. There have to be better options to sit on the bench and hear cases. He seems to have a bias or axe to grind and too much of a crusade to rectify whatever injustices he seems to have experienced in his own personal life.

If your a felon/defendant it's your lucky day as the reviews you see are by Defense parties, if your a victim wishing he holds them accountable by them continuing to violate their probation/the law...sorry. He only gives them more probation/community control after repeated actions showing their a threat to society. When you have the Probation officer writing a letter to you 5 different times saying the offender needs to have his bond revoked and spend time in prison because he is a danger to society...and ignore it...your doing a disservice to them and the people that elected you...those that still have their voting rights.

An honorable man, demonstrates integrity, fairness, and willing to hear all parties, all points of view. Does not engage in court room drama or attempt to make himself bigger, larger, or more important than he needs. I respect him immensely.
