She does not honor statutes. She appoints the same guardians and same attorneys for most of her cases. She does not honor due process. She allows wards funds to be financially drained keeping them in ETGs while letting her appointed attorneys and professional guardian to capitalize on the wards money. If you fight for the Ward, so takes a personal vendetta against you and using her discretion to make sure you do not get rulings in your favor. Really sad

It is obvious that Judge Davidson is profiting from the local "network" of Guardianship attorneys and guardians. She allows cases to drag on and on, so the ward and family are left with nothing. She favors certain guardians and attorneys that somehow assigned to these cases. There is no way that the same group of individuals is before her multiple times a day, she's not aware and part of it.

As a civil attorney having practiced in Brevard County for almost 12 years, I have found Judge Davidson to be one of the fairest, most knowledgeable, patient, and wise jurist in the county. Having practiced in front of Judge Davidson for years and come out on the winning and losing side of decisions, I can tell you I have always understood her reasoning and her decisions. That is certainly not to say I have always agreed with her decisions, but I have yet to meet a judge who always sees things my way.

I have no hesitation in saying that, if you lost your case in front of Judge Davidson, it was for no reason other than the verdict was her best interpretation of the law and the facts of the case. As an attorney, that is all I can ever ask from a judge.

Lisa Davidson is a heartless judge that does not abide by the law. She is on the ADA Committee but frequently violates disabled litigants' rights. Lisa Davidson completely and inexplicably violated my rights in a hearing on November 30, 2016 and after warning her that I could not be there alone without my ADA advocate due to my disabilities and that not only was I not prepared to defend myself in the hearing but I was also hyperventilating and medicated as I told her several times, she denied my emergency motion to cancel and allowed me to sit there alone against the 4 monster attorneys and become so ill that I passed out during the hearing and had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. My blood pressure was 230/165 when the rescue worker arrived and my heart rate was extremely elevated. She has no respect for the disabled or anyone else for that matter. She is in cahoots with attorneys and the banks for foreclosure cases too. She should not be on the bench.

This Judge needs her robe taken away. Her blatant disregard to Americans with Disabilities is beyond belief. Deaf are BIASED, folks with disabilities IGNORED.
