totally unfit to sit on the bench. doesn't listen to people that wish to speak on other's behalf and gives punishments that do not fit the circumstances. He was brought up on incompetent charges and should be voted out of the court. Get rid of this unfair dictator that is not perfect himself.

having known the judge for many years I find him to be a man of unquestionable integrity. he is open minded, fair and believes in accountability wish is fresh in the time we live in .we as a people are lucky to have him as a judge. I hope that one day he runs into government service. we need someone with his values and ethics to take the politics out of government.

I have worked alongside Judge Yacucci for many years and his integrity and demeanor are top of the class on and off the bench.
When he is on the bench, he is fair and kind. He listens and I have witnessed him give the defendants many chances, from letting them put their affairs in order before they turn themselves into the jail, or the extra time given to pay court costs or fines.
He appreciates when the defendants are completely honest and tell him the truth.
Judge Yacucci is a fair and outstanding Judge in the 19th circuit.

my son had not been in trouble n over 9 years and this judge assumed him guilty of a crime from back when he was a teenager. 6 months in jail and 6 months probation for a misdemeanor.He did not even listen or look my son, his lawyer or myself, very disrespectful.He lost the best job he ever had on something he didn't even do! Is it all about the money, I don't know but there are so many fees and costs for jail and they obviously can't work, maybe he should just go on aid when he gets out, thats the message the courts are giving. this was a very excessive!

This man completely disregarded our 4th ammendment rights and should be impeached! He sentenced my wife, who has never been in trouble with the law, to 30 days jail, 1 year probation, anger management classes, and $500 + court costs. That seems a little excessive for a first time offender. All this knowing that deputies entered our home while she was sleeping all night, so they could not have had probable cause to break in. Even more rediculous is that he allowed this to escalate to this point over a year and a half. He is not allowed to re-write our Constitution and there is no qray area here for his interpretation. It's clear that we do not live in a police state, we do not want officers allowed in our homes without a search warrant or permission! If we have elected an official that no one wants, there are avenues to correct this tyrant who is either ignorant to the Constitution or blatantly disregards it because he believes he is above it!

Judge Yacucci is unfit to sit on the bench. He has mental issues - anyone who interacted wit him can vouch to what I am saying including the lawyers of St. Lucie County.

In my opinion, a terrible judge. Has temper and anger issues that are documented in news articles and evident in his courtroom. In my opinion, he does not follow the law and runs the courtroom as a tyrant without regard to the constitution or ethical considerations.

He has kept my husband in jail for 15 days on a failure to appear for a suspended license. He was arrested at a court appearance to try to redeem his license and make payments on extremely high toll fines, some exceeding $500.00 incurred while driving back and forth to Orlando for college. He finally received his court date while sitting in jail without bail, and the judge offered him 60 days. Then, while my husband was asking his P.D. what that meant, for no more than 5 seconds, he changed his mind within seconds of the judgment and rescheduled his court date for the following month without any bond or judgment whatsoever, and he has to still sit in jail now and wait for a new hearing. I think this is unfair to not allow my husband to understand the judgment at hand! Also, I drove to the hearing to speak to the judge and he would not let me speak on my husband's behalf. My husband is a very kind and compliant man; he has no hostilities towards the law whatsoever. I believe this judge is very biased and unfair, and I wish we had more defense against these kinds of judges.

I think he is horrible and unfair.... I now understand why there are so many statistics out there. The court system is designed to make people habitual offenders... But in reality there is no judge above God and God has kept is well kept... My friend will shake the devil off and get his life in order.... Its all about money in a america and thats a very sad thing....
