I am honored to have worked with the honorable Judge Cary for the past 17 years. He is a very humbled and caring person. As a Judge he was always fair and from my perspective, He has this kind of way of handling situation where he showed he cared and loved what he did. I wish him well on his retirement. He totally earned and deserves it.. He will be missed!!!

This judge is horrible. He is a disgrace. He does not follow the law or due processes. He has the good old boy approach and favors certain attorney and plaintiff's with money. He has been called out in the media and he has Judge Commission Qualifications

This judge is a shining example of what a judge is supposed to be like. He is fair, whether he likes you or not, and he actually knows and applies the law (something that is uncommon in Lee County). We can only hope he might rub off on some of the other judges!
