This judge is the most ill-tempered I have ever experienced. His JA is even worse. Still, he gets the law right and makes correct rulings 99% of the time. He is the best trial judge. We only wish he would: 1) Actually wear a robe to court (our clients do not take the process seriously because he appears to not do so by failing to wear a rob); 2) Stop verbally assaulting and abusing lawyers and clients; 3) Reign in the nastiness of his JA

He is moody. Sometimes he is a good judge and rules fairly. However, he is extremely biased and totally in favor of the women in family law cases concerning children, child support, alimony, and other things. If a woman is fighting for the most timesharing for the children, the woman will always win, no matter how many bad, criminal, evil, and irresponsible things she has done or does when the children are with her. Judge Corbin is not fair at all with the men. He is almost totally biased. However, I have seen him go against a woman by taking custody away from a woman, but only when she had about seven years of hindering the father's time with his child and made up totally false allegations of abuse of the child by the father, which were easily proven to be false. The man only has to have done one alleged bad thing in the past five years and he has no shot at all of getting much time with his kids.
