I am a retired atty. licensed in NJ and Penna, as well as being admitted to the U.S. Supreme Ct. I was recently before this judge as a pro se litigant.I requested that he be recused when he failed to disclose a relationship with opposing counsel, then deciding the case against me when I was ill, and he refused me an adjournment. In my absence he rules against me, letting one of the defendants escape. Denies Reconsideration. Lets opposing counsel write the Order. When I ask for explanation of its content-denied. So who do they replace him with? A judge who was suspended for 6 mos. for conflict of interest. Feagle backdated an order by 2 mos, saying in the order nothing that was addressed in the hearing. Great judiciary you got here. Really take their oath seriously. I think FL should succeed from the Union. Then you can make your own rules and not embarrass those of us who actually take the oath seriously.
