Fast, focused, efficient, superb probate judge. Sorry to see him transferred from Pasco. He presided over several cases in which I was petitioner. I have had none of the experience of the negative raters, nor have any of the attorneys I know who have appeared before him.

This judge didn’t care the for wellness of my girls. They are trained to see manipulators . But he got played by one. I just have to because of you my girls suffer from depression, cutting, anxiety, years so far of therapy. Because of you she had a rough child hood with her father. So if you think you picked a great person to care for my girls you were wrong. I hope you can sleep at night!! Yeah right, best thing for my girls.

It is a shame that this judge is the only probate judge in the New Port Richey division of the Pasco County Court. He either does not know the law at all, or simply does not want to be bothered to hear cases he doesn’t like. When our case went to the first hearing, one of the attorneys had to educate him about something that is clearly spelled out in probate law. At the final hearing, he did not allow us to present our case at all, after significant hours and money had been invested in it. He would not even allow a court appointed attorney to speak, concerning some very relevant evidence. He flippantly dismissed the case without listening to the facts, so he could go on his merry way and collect a salary without doing anything. I would give a rating of zero if I could.

I wouldnt call this person a judge he is just protecting other judges (Freak show BABBS) he was allowing his court personal to run the court, he allowed non participants to take over . I paid alot of money and time to do this case and he had it rigged from day one ! Lazy, mentioned 'the money is probably gone" so your a lazy *ss judge who did not want to work too hard. I would not want this karma on me judgement day , no state should allow pettifoggers like this to sit at a bench !!

***Judge Matthewy search and applied the law before he proceeded.
***Very well mannered and very respectful to every one in the court room.
***He kept his word even without a written order on the contrary of Judge Polk whom was led by opposing counsel in the hearing putting the application of the law aside.
***He has so much of self control in the court
room.

This judge is the worst judge I have ever seen!He did not let the respondent explain the evidence, nor did he let the witness be called to the stand! Until he had already given a judgement.... Had to speak out about this injustice and said does the witness not get to speak? I guess civil rights went right out the door...and it did not matter what the witness had to say he had already made his ruling! I want to take it back to court..............

This Judge is the most bias Judge I have ever seen!
He did not let me give my rebuttal, nor explain ANY EVIDENCE!
He made a ruling with out let me speak, nor did he let my witness testify before he made his ruling....
CIVAL RIGHTS WENT OUT THE DOOR WITH THIS JUDGE, HE SHOULD NOT BE WORK IN THE COURTS SYSTEM......
