This judge is horrible ruined. My life, I had 2 disabled children who I took care of throughout being adults. I was married for many of years to the same person. This judge gave him everything said he supported me for the last 20 years. And that I didn't deserve any further support even though I myself. And disabled and have epilepsy and cannot drive. She told me to apply for disability. She held my blue parking pass card for me to have accessible parking in the air and said to her Secretary.Oh my knee hurts.Maybe I should get one of these parking passes. I have fourteen different medical diagnosis with multiple problems with my bones and joints. She could care less that I cared for my disabled children.My daughter had seven back surgeries and her leg amputated. She said well, you didn't have to work.I believe my job as a homemaker.Mom was way harder than her sitting behind a desk and going to law there. Maybe one day she could try being a mother to a disabled child and rethink that statement. I being disabled and having no income was unable to obtain an attorney for assistancitizens and had to represent myself. My ex-husband with plenty of money had 2 attorneys. The home we lived in was completely paid for and she allowed him to quit claim deed that house 9 days prior to filing for divorce into his mother's name. And his mother wrote him a fake lease saying he rents the house which he's lived in for years and is paid for. She knew all this was shady.Underhanded business and allowed it to go through. So I just want to put it out there that this lady left to adult disabled people and a third adult disabled mother on the street with nothing, while this man sits at home where he's been a junkie for here's which I did prove in court. How many times he had to be put in rehab?. She didn't care about any of the was.Able to keep everything and leave his family with nothing. Prior to even going to court the judge we originally had had to leave the bench and she was put in his place to take over these cases. From what I've seen in her mind seemed to be that she thinks a woman should be working.An equal pay to the man. It makes you wonder how someone like her can sleep at night.The decision she makes in court. To all your mom's out there who take care of your disabled children at home.I just want to say you work harder than this.Judge ever has in life never give up. This judge didn't even care that he canceled my Health Insurance.Knowing I have several disabilities prior to our divorce being final.She said oh.Well, apply for disability.It's wonderful to think she wants to put that off on the state when I was covered with full health insurance through my husband's business he owns. So I did just that.I applied for disability.I was approved immediately of course. I went for 2 months struggling to even get my epilepsy medication.Because I had no Health Insurance.This judge didn't even care sir.I had to be in the hospital just to receive the medication.I needed with no Health Insurance.Those bills will still hang over me for the rest of my life. Oh, I.
Forgot to mention she accepted fault receipts from a little paper book that my ex-husband had in his truck handwritten by him saying he had given me money. There was nothing on there that I've ever seen. I've ever signed or anything. And she accepted that in the fake lease that his mother wrote him saying he was renting the house that he had owned for years..... I almost felt as if she was for the one with the money in their pocket and didn't care less about the ones who would suffer after this hearing. Some people with hardly any money to their name are the most classy genuine.Loving good people you will ever meet in life.Money isn't everything.

This judge is terrible. Accepts a fraud "doctor's" opinion that my brother's fit for trial, when he is a paranoid schizophrenic who has: hurt / almost killed others, damaged property, and makes threats constantly. I've never seen anyone do their job worse, but here we are. Yeah, he's TOTALLY fit for trial... Absolutely inept judge.

I never would have believed that procedures and evidence could be so corrupted, until I witnessed a divorce trial with her as Judge. It will win on appeal. Because it was an emotional exercise for the Judge. And the level of maleficence with evidence and failure to follow procedure and corrupting the record, she should be removed to protect the citizenry.

I had to appeal this totally inept, knowledge lacking and prosecutorial minded judge. Aside from rubber stamping everything the pregnant opposing counsel presented in part because she was impressed at how prepared she was. Judges listen to Both sides which she thought did not apply to me. unfortunately, the intoxication of the black robe made her tone deaf and she she subsequently wiped out 30 years of my self driven hard work to give her biased decision. this judge she stay within the the nice politically appointed secure realm because could not make it in private practice .A life destroyed ,

This judge entered an order that was not supposed to be administered in a case like mine that made me have to spend over 10k to fight. She should be removed from the bench Family Law judicial proceedings. I am confident that she has made the people lose trust in the system. I should have taken her to appeals court but listening to my attorneys, they threatened her with an appeal and she stayed the order. Still owe 7k more after paying 10k.

I had this Judge in a divorce case. She sentenced me to 30 days in jail for having $2,000 in arrearages in child support to me ex-wife.
Very unfair bias Judge.

I've been in front of a few judges, this one is fair. She didnt always say what I wanted to hear but she was fair and balanced. SHE WILL SEE THROUGH BULLCRAP so dont try and play victim or feed her a line. She is to the point and isnt easily fooled. Her main focus is the facts and what can be proved by evidence not who complains about what because they are not getting their way.

I never had a chance to be heard because I was pregnant and this was a high-risk pregnancy and was unaware of the court hearing and I gave birth 8 days after the date of hearing And Tonya gave the Father 100% Dwelling and she has not responded to my UCCJEA affidavit and she referred the motion to the the magistrate, then she vacated the referral and the case is just sitting and I need to get my case resolved. The father is a practicing attorney as well and he works at the same tribunal as Tonya. Can I change the county of hearing? I have not had a fair trial dealing with orange county Judges they all work with my child's father. Is there any help for this situation, my child is suffering. The has been unjust and very bias.

to my 25,000 IRA and she still wants me to pay perminent alimony. Outrages.

The word honorable is supposed to represent the role a person takes to help others solve issues that they can not solve themselves. She is supposed to hear both sides and rule impartially on the scenarios. I have sat through several of her hearings to validate my suspicions, she is not fair. She does not offer an impartial opinion she is one sided and is destroying family scenarios. Who holds her accountable to be fair?

judge presides over cases as though still a prosecutor. willing to rubber stamp her decidedly biased opinion versus truly being an umpire with full consideration of all relevant and potentially life altering facts and the application of them.

I had a hiring today with this judge, she choose 1 fact against 7 fact that was clearly in violation of the parenting plan, i agreed with the other reviews, she is not taking into consideration the best interest of the child.

Judge Wilson is bias and totally incompetent. She does not have children’s best interest or saftey as her priority. Judge Wilson does not review the facts nor does she understand the law. Rewards liers and law breakers over law abiding citizens. This judge needs to be removed from family court before children end up dead
