Very volatile on the bench.
Doesn’t back any of his desicions
Very hard to get in touch with, his assistant, Johanna is a bulldog who is a very nasty person who yells at you on the phone!
He doesn’t seem to like women very much, somewhat of a misogynistic personality.
He dragged out a trial for over three years that should have been over immediately!

Puts the JUST back in "JUSTice." Fair, considerate and controls his courtroom. Sees the facts for exactly what they are. Takes the impact on litigant's lives seriously. Will sit down an ineffective lawyer to conduct his own findings as deemed appropriate. TOP NOTCHED AS A JUDGE.
