Arrogant, incompetent moron. I listened for over an hour in his courtroom before my hearing to attorneys describing him as erratic, tempermental, a bully, acts like he doesn't want to be there and rushes to judgement without giving fair time to either side. Make sure you have a court reporter on hand to document his ignorance for appeal. As a litigant, the plaintiff in my matter didn't show for the hearing and could not be questioned.Judge acknowledged he was not familiar with Florida real estate licensing laws and failed to look up what he didn't know. He refused to allow me to enter supporting documents as evidence or look at a single piece of evidence my attorney told me to bring to the hearing. He allowed an unlicensed property manager to evict me after I requested repairs be made to my $2300. per month leased home. Code Enforcement wrote up the violations. I always paid my rent on time. It is a level 1 third degree felony to practice real estate activities in Florida without a license yet this moron that was appointed to the bench [redacted by Ed.] I am disabled and was recovering from prostate cancer surgery and this [redacted by Ed.] kicked me to the curb. I had 2 1/2 days to pack and move four 26-foot trucks of possessions. The State Attorney has taken no action against the unlicensed property manager [redacted by Ed.] ..his legal skill set is so poor he couldn't make it in private practice. A Governor Scott political lackey appointment. He ridicules litigant testimony by smirking, laughing, rolling his eyes and cutting off testimony because he's always in a hurry to leave the courtroom. Florida needs cameras and audio recordings in every courtroom to provide accurate transcripts as in other states. A Judicial review board needs to observe this assclown in action, remove him from the bench and fumigate his office.
