His previous decisions are still being read in court. This man did not retire he resigned due to all the complaints that he was facing in Tallahassee. Ron Desantis appointed this fool to this seat and he is running for President in 2024.

As a man, he did not review the facts even when a court order was involved. He violated court orders and suggested I create a hostile situation by forcefully taking the child back. He did not have court recordings for his case, the other party was supposed to submit proper documentation to appear in court. Not obeyed. My evidence of 10 years was ignored. He met with the other party without my knowledge or presence. He even made a court decision when everyone realized the case had no validity. I had full custody for over 1 year by another judges' order and he disregarded the order. He refused to accept past evidence and accepted past evidence of the other party.

From reviewing what others have said, this man must be getting paid. He is not honest and clearly lies and encourages lies in his court room. There is nothing fair or lawful about his practices. Who voted for him? May God do what he freely wishes to his life and soul. Poor excuse for a legal person. He has no honor. I wish there was a way for a group civil lawsuit.

I received a letter yesterday that said, "Judge Wilensky’s last day on the bench is December 31, 2021." I am not sure why? I hope enough cases have finally got him removed. He has ruined my life with my daughter, and my daughter's life. Why has the Judge over this man allowed him to remain for so long? He is an embarrassment to everyone and everything.

Judge Wilensky should be removed from his position immediately for being completely incompetent and biased. He does not listen to facts and does not care. He has gone above and beyond to intentionally "bend the rules" to favor men, completely disregarding the welfare of children and the safety of women. There is absolutely no reason this man should be permitted to sit on the bench. His rulings are determined by whether you are a male or female and he will go to extra lengths, beyond the scope of any professional judge, to make his ruling no matter the detriment to any party. Something must be done to remove him before he destroys more lives and families.

This judge refused to see the actual evidence and just automatically sided with the father. The judge off the bat before heading my
Testimony started asking questions about how supervised my visits should be. He needs to be revoked in any manner. Absolutely unprofessional and sexist.

There is something very inappropriate about this Judge and I am not sure why something hasn't been done about him yet. He ignores evidence and has clear bias for the fathers. It is hard to watch him without cringing in disbelief and losing faith in our justice system. He is easily manipulated by unscrupulous lawyers who use his lack of integrity to twist the law. This situation is truly shameful and hard to believe we are watching court proceedings in the United States.

This judge is highly biased and puts children in harm's way, in the hands of abusers. He makes women unsafe and victim blames. He's a sexist, problematic bitter man who needs to be voted out before he gets someone killed.

Women need to get together and file a suit against this judge. He was an awful attorney and a worse judge. When election ballots come around we should get everyone to go vote against his re election. His personal feelings should be left at home.

This judge ruined my life drastically. I never had a voice in my own court case . My son was taking from my custody and into my ex custody without a DNA test , he was in a active gang war , 4 close relatives died , he was arrested and on the news, and he refused to follow the judge orders , he would go 7/8 months without allowing me to see my son , and the judge never did anything about it . I have no dfacs case but was only granted visitation every OTHER weekend . Every lawyer that evaluates my case says it’s illegal and unfair .

I am planning a protest against Daniel Wilensky. If anyone is interested please contact me at my email address. This judge has to be held accountable and other litigants must know what they are up against when going before this unethical judge. We have the power to vote this judge out, he is literally being paid by us to destroy families. When a judge can state to me with a clear face and bring the court reporter to tears that I should be over my ex husband raping me, it is disgusting and needs to be brought to the attention of anyone who will listen, including the media. We have the right to ask him to recuse himself from our cases and receive a new set of eyes to see his injustice.

This judge single handed lay ruined my life today. After ample about of evidence including recordings, photos, text proof of him buying drugs after rehab, and an active restraining order against in place to protect me and my son from my ex husband, he still ruled in favor of giving him 50/50 custody. I had witnesses, recordings, photos, evidence of his record, and proof of his failed 7 rehab attempts, but judge Wilensky did not care. He seemed as if he was bored during my witness testimonies, and congratulated my ex husband on his second relapse and attempt at rehab this year. It was clear his mind was made up before the trial even began. He has made it impossible for me to protect my one year old. This judge needs to be removed immediately.

This Judge received recommendation from a child psychologist and totally IGNORED them?? Why pay to have an expert opinion and then not listen at all to the recommendation. The child is my grandson and he has severe anger management issues. I am so worried about my Grandson and don't know how or what to do to help in this matter. This Judge should be removed.

This Judge needs to be removed from his seat. He has zero concept of family court and is BIAS against WOMEN. Never puts the children first just wants to be right. He never remembers what happens in the previous hearing. Comes into court completely blind with no knowledge.

One of the better judges. Has a good command of the law, particularly as to injunctions. The appellate courts have been reversing trial judges around the state for liberally entering injunctions. Judge Wilensky, however, follows the law and holds petitioners to a strict standard, as mandated by the appellate courts. The negative reviewers of this capable judge should direct their criticism to the lawmakers and not to Judge Wilensky who correctly applies the law as he is sworn to do. .

Went before this Judge and it was a mess....I had a No Contact Order in place for Domestic Violence for two years....5 previous Judges made sure to keep it in place....this unstable Judge dismissed the order....My ex raped and assaulted me in front of my minor children and he told me that I should be over it by now....how does one get over being raped....this Judge is CRAZY and needs to be brought up on charges....

I will be reaching out to as many people as possible to ensure that his comments are noted....

This judge is biased in more than one way. My opinion of him is that he’s in the “good old boy” club and he couldn’t care less about the emotional well-being of the children. I strongly believe he’s also predetermined to side with the man, no matter what facts are presented. Do not go before him without an attorney because he will make you look and feel inadequate. Judge Wilensky is mentally unstable in my opinion. He did not remember anything that he stated in the previous hearings. He is just there for a paycheck. This Judge told me that I should be over my rape that happened in 2013. He asked if I was so afraid why did I stay with him after he raped me.

This Judge knows nothing about abuse and the cycles of abuse. He and my ex husband are both York Rite Masons and it shows in the court hearings. He is a disgrace to the Judicial System. Women need to vote and vote in numbers to ensure that this judge does not move to an advance seat.

He is too old and needs to be replaced by someone who does not following the statement "I am my brother's keeper - even if he is a rapist"

I hope he reads this and understand that he may one day have a daughter or granddaughter, close family member that falls victim to rape and I pray that he doesn't tell them to get over it.
