As an attorney, I find it refreshing to appear before Judge Brigham. He is fair-minded and his Orders are detailed. He is respectful toward everyone in his courtroom and expects the same from all parties. He is reasonable and doesn't create Draconian "local rules" or show the petty idiosyncracies and biases that some judges become well known for. It's obvious that he puts a great deal of emphasis on civility and professionalism and it shows.

This judge was very rude and condescending to me as I was trying to represent myself. He interrupted me as I was trying to object and did not let me present any evidence. He is very biased against self-represented litigants.

Judge Brigham is a well prepared and conscientious judge. He listens intently, watches intently and is fully engaged. He asks engaging and highly relevant questions and delivers an honest and objective opinion/ruling.
