From my experience he is a very bias man. I am a single parent with no issues other than being a black man and he refuses to give me custody of my child when he was taken away from his white mother. I have had custody of my other children and as of now my middle child resides with me. Has been since she was 3. Now she attends a magnet school and is n the top 5 percentile.

Judge Manning [redacted] with the County Attorney and Animal Control to wrongly convict me of contempt of the judge's order. I was offered no chance to give my side of the case and bring the Animal Services lies to light. Due to this, we had to sell our home and move out of the county.

I was falsely arrested on 4/21/2018 in Citrus Park Florida
By deputies from the same small town in Fresno County California as me ... On 4/23/2018 I was taking in front of a judge that had the name Manning on his desk my paperwork said Manning the judge was Latin or Hispanic or BROWN .. having never seen judge Manning before I did not know that he was African-American or BLACK there is so much more to this case that it's unbelievable I bond out eight days later on the kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapons charge it is a $200,000 Bond I paid $20,000 cash I arrive at my home to find out that it's been robbed there is a 30 page police report for the charges of kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon that I just bonded out on I called the records department and a polite professional lady named Edwina Smith ask me for the police report number which I give her and the four digit PIN number located at the bottom left hand corner I give that to her and she tells me that that is her pin number and she did not print up that paperwork and it is impossible for me to have it... And I totally believe her ... I asked if I could speak with her supervisor Lisa Hickman so we can look at the security camera footage to see who would have printed it up and stole it out of the records department assuming they would be involved in the theft of my firearms that were later discovered at A1 pawn with William Twyman ... After that I started getting harassed much more by law enforcement it is my belief that there's another judge using judge Mannings name paper work thankfully all the courtrooms are on camera Mr Manning please contact me I do not believe your assistant Denise Brown has not gave you any of my messages 559-460-8445 .... We have been being harassed all the way in California so basically I've never actually been in front of you there's another judge using your name you cannot make this kind of stuff up I'm going to put a one for a rating hoping this website contacts you so you see this.....

Judge Daryl Manning on 4-21-2018 I was taken in front of a judge inside the Orient County Road jail my fictitious allegations were kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon the strange thing is his desk said Manning with all the special treatment I was receiving such as officer switching names on the police report or leaving there's completely off I had to start looking people up you are not the judge Manning that I was in front of on 4-23-2018 I contacted your assistant Denise Brown on multiple occasions and sent you multiple emails with no response I was in general population for approximately 7 days before placing the $20,000 Bond about. 4-28-2018 I arrived to my house to find it has been robbed my gun collection taken and a 30-page police report that was printed up 4-23-2018 and within five or six days it was in my house that was robbed I call the records dept i speak with a lady named Edwina Smith on recorded line she asks for the police report number I give it to her she then asked me for the 4-Digit pin number at the bottom left-hand corner of the report I give it to her and she tells me that it is impossible for me to have that paperwork that is her pin number but she did not print it up I found this very strange and I believe her...so when I seen your photo online I realized you are clearly African-American the judge I was in front of on 4-23-2018 inside the Hillsborough County Jail with the name judge Manning on his desk was definitely Latin.. I've had to resort to this because I've gotten nothing but the runaround with the records department but your name was on my paperwork have a great day... I had a fictitious warrant issued on 11/19/19 and on 11-20-2019 so they could steal my paperwork and switch it out however the cameras will not lie please feel free to contact me at 559-460-8445 Carye Hoy
