Judge Kathleen McCarthy exemplifies the characteristics of a Judge all civil litigants hope to draw in their cases. Her patience, temperament, intellect and intellectual capacity, coupled with her strong work ethic, sense of fundamental fairness and adherence to the rule of law, make Judge McCarthy shine on the bench. I just wish more judges were like her.
