Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: FL9735
Rating:9.7
Comments:
Very helpful in getting cases resolved with pro se defendants. I'm glad her rude assistant left. I can only assume that's the reason for the low ratings (because, yeah, she once yelled at me for calling for a Zoom ID when, apparently, the judge has 2 pages and the Zoom ID is only on one, and how am I supposed to know that?) because this judge is fair and even-tempered.

Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.0
Comments:
Unfathomably there is not an ounce of oversight in the Miami Dade County judicial system. This judge and staff couldn’t be more inept and incompetent. Wholly unqualified and actually harming litigants. This judge is always late, unavailable for timely hearings (at least 3-4 months out), is consistently unprepared, and incapable of grasping case law, statutes, etc. simply, She needs to be removed from the bench.

~ All in all, an awful trial judge. She just doesn’t care about her work, complete lack of effort, and inability to comprehend case law and legal principles. Simply incompetent for the job. Terrible for the residents and businesses of Miami dade county. Where is any oversight?

Wholly unqualified in all respects, including scheduling, and comprehension of legal tenets. Avoid her division if you can.
