Hon. Albert Kelley (Monroe)
This judge had every opportunity to act with integrity, compassion, and fairness—and instead, he chose silence, avoidance, and systemic bias. I was struck by a vehicle while riding my scooter, severely injured, and airlifted by LifeFlight. I underwent emergency surgery, faced multiple complications, and have experienced ongoing physical and emotional trauma. Every detail of this suffering was outlined—twice—in a notarized affidavit and a compassionate plea submitted to Judge Kelley well before trial. His response? None. No acknowledgment. No comment. No compassion. Despite having weeks to review my sworn affidavit and motion to dismiss, his judicial assistant confirmed it wouldn’t even be looked at until the morning of the trial. This was not an oversight—it was deliberate neglect of duty and basic human decency. To make matters worse, the ticket was issued by an officer who never witnessed the incident, conducted no investigation, and relied solely on the word of the driver who hit me. That same driver—clearly a biased party—was incorrectly elevated to the role of “witness,” and not subpoenaed until after the original court date, yet the judge enabled this procedural failure by rescheduling the case and siding with the state. The citation should have been voided. The case should have been dismissed. Disciplinary action should have been taken against the officer who submitted a one-sided, baseless report. Instead, Judge Kelley ignored all facts, all filings, and all suffering—and ruled in favor of law enforcement without even questioning the legitimacy of the ticket or the gross errors in procedure. This judge is not neutral. He is not thorough. And he is certainly not compassionate. His courtroom is a place where injured citizens are ignored and procedure is manipulated to protect the state, not the people. If you’re looking for justice, you won’t find it in Judge Kelley’s courtroom. What you’ll find is rubber-stamped rulings, unchecked bias, and a shocking absence of empathy.

Unlawful. Nonchalant. Unreasonable. Has no care for true justice. Handed out my child to a habitual felony offender, abuser. My child’s life and my life can be at risk at any moment. She has no knowledge as a judge and needs to be removed from the bench immediately before innocent people get hurt.

Real classy. Fired her JA via text as she was about to return from maternity leave.

Judge Walsh is incredibly impatient and rude to all litigants. She should not be in the complex litigation division because she is unable to handle the pressure.

The comments here certainly seem to accurately reflect this judge's approach to service on the bench. She was more than 20 minutes late to a hearing scheduled for 8:30 AM. She attributed her tardiness to "court business" which seemed unlikely given the matter was scheduled for first thing in the morning. The matter to be heard was an uncontested motion and the proposed order for the relief sought was submitted immediately following the hearing as directed. Eleven days later, the order still has not been signed. This behavior from an attorney would not be tolerated by any judge, nor should it be. We, however, are not afforded the same courtesy demanded of us.

Judge Linda Babb sent my precious 2-year-old granddaughter 1800 miles away to strangers she she had only visited her non-offending father three times because he lived that far away and he was called to court when my daughter was assaulted and a child happened to be in the presence she was never given a fair chance at all the decision was made they brought the car seat down with them how would they know they were taking the child home the decision was made before we even made it to court this child has suffered greatly at the hands of this so-called offending non-offending father who wasn't on the birth certificate who wasn't didn't do a DNA judge Bob really does not care about children if she did she would look deeper into the so-called non-offending parent their background is sometimes the worst thing that anybody could ever send a child to she is very biased and does not allow really looking to what the child is going to go through at the hands of the so-called non-offending parent with no background check from the state of Florida our family has suffered horribly because of her decisions but worst of all my granddaughter suffered greatly do your best to avoid her at all costs because she will destroy you because no one stops her

Hon. George A. Sarduy (Miami-Dade)
If I was able to rate this judge as a zero, I would have. Sarduy shows no form of leadership. Shows no fairness. Makes his own judgements in regards to mental health without any input from a medical professional. When party requests for legal council he acts as if he didn't hear. Doesn't give the opportunity for the people to explain. Interrupts when someone is speaking or tells you to be quiet. When asking to provide proof, his answer was "We are not the CIA to have to provide any proof". Takes advantage of someone, re phrased their words just because they have never been involved in this type of situation and party had no legal representation. Calls people liars without giving them the opportunity to speak. Sarduy only won re-election for judge of the Florida 11th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 8, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled. I will be reporting this Judge to Florida Judicial Qualifications Commissions for intimidation, unfairness and very biased. Should you Majesty read this, there will always come a time in your career where you will come across that one person that does not get easily intimidated and that person is me. I will do everything that the law permits me to do so he doesnt think of intimidating another single human being again. He has all sorts of degrees in education meanwhile, he is missing the most important thing, the degree to be humble and better leadership in this community.
