Racist, sexist, bigoted judge who thinks the universe revolves around him and that he knows more than everyone else around him, knows better how to handle cases based upon a short factual summary being presented than the lawyers that have worked up the case for years. Completely inflexible, doesn't give a damn about family emergencies, conflicts, or anything that would disrupt his power. As chief judge he has done exactly nothing to improve the circuit, only basking in his own prestige. It's difficult fighting the actual prosecutor when the prosecutor on the bench with a robe helps them at every turn. To him, fairness is "whatever I say."
