If your not mormon and your going up against a mormon, he will go against you. he's about as bad as they come. we won court costs from a lying mormon and he overturned them and then he caused us to pay the lying mormon court costs. our lawyer left the state because of this corrupt judge. she sent us a letter that she felt she could not represent us in the future because the judges in this county are bigoted against women lawyers and against non mormons.
