This judge presided over the case between North Idaho College vs. Nick Swayne. Swayne was chosen as NIC president by an UNelected board of trustees, appointed by the Idaho State Board of Education bureaucracy, through a plot hatched by local Leftist elitists. Later, the ELECTED board wanted to do its duty in representing the people by investigating Swayne's appointment as president. Swayne sued. This judge characterized the elected board's action as "arbitrary and hostile". [Redacted by Ed.]

I had a thank you note in here for Helping my buddy during covid in response to a letter written to Meyer, Meyer and Caldwell, shortly after christmas. I appreciate letting my lesbian lover out during the pandemic, and he is likely doing just fine!
