Judge Lund is one of the most fair and proper judges I have seen operate in Family Court at Will County. He takes time to know the case, to listen, understand and explain. He is not rude nor arrogant. He does not belittle constituents who are pro se, rather makes sure they understand. He is an excellent judge. I wish they all acted as he does. He was kind to people and explained why. I give excellent credit to Judge Lund for how he explained to two young parents why their order was not being heard further and to make sure they get the understanding they needed before proceeding.. for life. It was heartwarming like a grandfather. By the way, my requests were turned down in both hearings with him. And he explained why. Very trustworthy.
