Worst judge ever. Literally told me I don't have time for that when asked to look at a testimony. Told me get on with my point and interrupted my closing statements and didn't let me say a word. She never let me approach to submit evidence stating we don't have time for this. She would cut me off and let opposing parties attorney speak whenever he wanted. She also told me that another Judges Order was not relevant and it did not matter that other party lied under oath because she didn't have time to read the transcript and that he didn't need to follow the court order.

everyone imprison within the last under this municipal should be released and fully compensated

My Daughter needed an order of protection very fast - from her abusive and dangerous ex-boyfreind. Judge Tracy acted quickly, fairly, and with good sensitivity towards my daughter's fragile state - to grant the order quickly, even on the weekend. That's a caring Judge!

The NON-Honorable Judge Tracy is a bad judge and one of the very low judges that are 60% of judges.

She is biased to lawyers even when the non-lawyer is presenting a case written by a lawyer. She ignores the facts and rules without consideration to other elements of the case. She even sanctioned me for following the law and refused to sanction the other party for proved perjuries.
