My job is to prove guilt on behalf of the defendant and even I'm bewildered by the behavior of this judge and the blatant stretches she makes off her own personal baises.

Absolutely a horrible judge. I watched her preside over juvenile cases, as a stand in from traffic. Do not let her anywhere near your children, do not let her anywhere near your family. Unless you have the money to pay for her bills, she has no empathy for you.

Everything I have read on this judge after the tearing apart of my family is correct. I was pre-warned that she is the worst possible judge we can have. She was one sided right from the start and was sucked right into lies and exaggeration. It was girl time in there from the beginning and my lawyer being a very well respected lawyer was shut down on everything because she made her decision and was biased from the start. I lost some respect for the legal system this day and wonder how someone with so many issues is allowed to judge. She even made numerous comments during the court that were just jaw dropping. She does NOT follow the law as I was warned and I have seen this in person, and now my kids have suffered. Luckily the appellate court has judges that see through the crap (if you can afford and appeal as we luckily we can afford this 20k expense). RUN far and fast people. She ripped our family apart to the max with zero proof of anything. To add the horrible destruction we debt with, at the end when the final paperwork that tore our family apart for months was put in place she was pointing at me behind her computer to the girl next to her as she then looked at me and they both giggled... I will never forget this disgusting display of someone who is meant to uphold the law.

Very biased- If you are/were a stay-at-home mom she will judge you and be biased. If you have suffered abuse, she will victimize you and allow for further abuse. She will insult you. She insulted my religion, new husband did not look at my case fairly AT ALL. She said one thing at a hearing but did another. I understand dealing with the public can be difficult but when you have lost your ability to be fair you need to go! When you allow your personal opinions or friendships with lawyers to guide your decisions you need to go. When you "silence" victims and allow abusers to continue their abuse in court, you need to go. First chance I get to vote you out, I will! Thanks for hurting my children with your rulings. Hope you can live with yourself!

She's unprofessional with letting personal thoughts on ones situation inflict how she is supposed to be a Judge. My experience with her was awful, she will demean you in front of a courtroom, without empathy or thought on how that your life may be, having soley to do with fines not paid, in traffic court, at that. Adding on sarcasm, unnecessarily, making statements completely unprofessional in a room full of people to simply belittle you (for not paying) I believe she is not only a horrible, unprofessional, judge but also a person who lacks empathy for struggling/low-income people. Simply heartless, is the correct word. Judging by other reviews, a lot of others feel the same, and Im not suprised.

Judge Nader is clearly sexist. If you are male expect to be discriminated against. Biggest mistake I made wa shaving a female attorney (feeling there was no reason the sex of a lawyer or judge mattered). Worst mistake of my life not to suspect sexism in the courts and lawyers. If you male, get a good male lawyer.
