Karen O'Malley was a HORRIBLE Probate Judge. She cheated and cheated and cheated for the hired Estate Attorney ( David Feldman). It "appeared" as though she was really trying to help this crooked attorney steal our Bequeathed Real Estate in Probate. She Really Was!!!!

This is the second time my family has had to deal with her as our probate judge. Our case has been settled for 3 months, but she keeps extending court dates for no valid reason. She is arrogant, rude and extremely condescending. This is nothing more than total abuse of power. She needs to be voted out of the circuit court.

After supplying all the information Judge O'Malley requested she keeps extending the closing date on a probate case,even though the will is very explicit and nobody is contesting it.

Aggressively angry and rude. Pompous, presumptuous and wholly pro-state. Horrible demeanor and jumps to conclusions without all the facts. Dangerous combination of insecurity and arrogance. Haven't seen a judge this bad in 15 years. SOJ this judge.
