• Without any knowledge of what the cases are all about, twice, at the first encounter, during the hearing for the “application for waiver of court fees”, this judge accused the Plaintiff of trying to file “frivolous” cases.
• Rude conduct towards the Plaintiff, during an interrogation “capo-style” like, threatening with sanctions in case she “catches Plaintiff with lies”, called him a “nuisance”, asking questions regarding how he can afford to pay for the phone, rather than how he succeeds to feed his family.
• Incompetence, without the knowledge of the meaning of “fee waiver” and procedures in place, or what is to be done with that application, first refusing to sign the paper, then refusing to hand it over, then requesting the Plaintiff to bring a Court Clerk from 8th floor to confirm the procedure, then … total a couple of hours waste of time.
• Court’s/Judge’s violation on all three points A. B. and C. of the Supreme Court Rule 63, which is also known as Canon 3 of the Illinois Code of Judicial Conduct, that specifically requires a trial judge to disqualify herself whenever her impartiality may be reasonably questioned due to her personal bias in favor of one of the parties.
• Preconceived bias attitude against the pro-se Plaintiff, in violation of Illinois Compiled Statutes 735 ILCS 5 Code of Civil Procedure.
• With biased miserable rude remarks and court manners, with obvious discriminatory attitude against a “no means” pro-se Plaintiff, siding with Defendants, and trying to intimidate the Plaintiff, this judge is further becoming an instrument in aiding and abetting the Defendants in commission of fraud, embezzlement and looting of funds, emboldening the Defendants to further retaliate, to deteriorate the Plaintiff’s children’s wellbeing to a state of famine during Pandemic and throughout time.
• The Court’s misconducts, are violating the Rules of Professional Conduct (8.4 Misconduct), and become offensive and slanderous toward the pro-se Plaintiff, further victimizing his family.
• A misbehaving judge like this, could not, and should not be able to take a fair decision regarding this case, already changed hands of 4 other bad judges, with similar juridic misconduct, in a corporate culture of criminal enterprise, as Circuit Court of Cook County was described .

Appears to be a great judge who is bright and cares about getting to the truth. She is thoughtful and takes her time. She asks pointed questions and is more than patient with litigants and their attorneys...

I am a retired lawyer. I have worked as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney. I did not like her demeanor which offended me. I do not care for her as a person, lawyer, and judge. Egomaniac.

Abhorrent judge, absolutely the worst. How did someone so unqualified get this seat? Tim Evans needs to be fired that he puts such unqualified people on the bench. This is the WORST judge, no legal acumen or skill. None.

Overly confident even when she knows zero facts, horrible demeanor (very short fuse), rash/random in her decisions, yet supremely confident. No clue whatsoever about Code of Civil Procedure or civil litigation. At all. Unprofessional, prefers to force private discussion in Chambers rather than on the bench. Not shy about being crass, showing her ignorance of facts and law of the case. Yet she was promoted by democratic party to chancery division.

She is a legend in her own mind. She has no humility in her demeanor and is completely arrogant. The title Judge has gone to her head. She acts like she has unlimited power. She made some distasteful comments about financing judicial campaigns which were completely shameful and reprehensible. She has no business being on the bench and there are no limits to her uncontrollable ego which she does a good job of presenting to people. A distasteful presence on the bench and her presence reflects poorly on the judiciary.

She's the worst judge I have witness to and her professionalism is terrible.She talk to people anyway she please just because she's the judge. She very bias and she pro prosecution. She's unfair and don't even care if you see it. Follow the guide line she don't in my opinion.I will never hope no one should have to be subjected to her to have a bearing on their innocence or guilt cause she will slam a person just cause she can. She need to be investigated along with her special prosecutor she work with cause they are not fair at All.They lie they cheat and anything else they can get away with. So the chief judge need to select whose appointed into office. Cameras need to be in her court room so she can be monitored.And I plan to take this further because she need to be removed from her position as judge
