She allowed continuations of a flagrantly trumphed up temporary order of protection because she asked "is the mother going to file for divorce". Her actions allowed the father to be abused with many attempted entrapments of violating the temporary OP which was in effect for over 2months before dismissal and it prevented the father from having a fair chance at being the custodial parent. Basically the civil divorce court was the disadvtaged from fairly determining the best interests of the children.
